At Udemy Offline Player, accessible from our landing page and app, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Udemy Offline Player and how we use it.
We believe in absolute privacy. Udemy Offline Player is a local desktop application. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, course files, progress databases, or notes to any external server. All course indexing, notes taking, and completion databases remain stored locally on your own computer inside progress_db.json.
If you configure your Gemini API key inside the application settings, this key is saved locally in your instance database and is only transmitted directly to Google API servers to perform subtitle translations and lesson summarizations. We have no access to your API keys or data queries.
Our ordering process is handled via Telegram. Any messaging, payment details, or files shared over Telegram are subject to Telegram's own Privacy Policy and Terms.
